The β-diversity of the gut microbiota was significantly different between the healthy volunteers and patients after PD, with more Escherichia coli and Streptococcus gallolyticus and less Bifidobacterium catenulatum and Faecalibacterium prausnitzii in the patients with PD. Lactobacillus gasseri was significantly less abundant in the FL group than in the healthy volunteers, although this change was not observed in the NL group.</p><p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>The gut microbiota of patients after PD was in dysbiosis at postoperative ≥6 months.
