Abstract

This paper seeks to assess how university social responsibility influences sustainable knowledge sharing. This paper examines the mediation effect of entrepreneurial orientation. Additionally, this paper examines the moderating effect of entrepreneurial bricolage and leader dominance. Data was gathered from 587 leaders within Saudi universities. Multigroup analysis findings proved that university social responsibility improved sustainable knowledge sharing within two leader groups. Thus, this paper provides keen insights into theory and practice for policymakers and academics in higher education.
