A questionnaire with closed‐ended questions was sent online to 321 manufacturing companies, followed by analysis using SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study indicate that SMSC has a significant influence on both GHRMP and FEP. Elucidation is provided in the discourse relating to the theoretical and practical contribution. Abstract
