In this context, the French Society for Bone Marrow Transplantation and Cellular Therapy (SFGM-TC) has already issued guidelines regarding the allocation of APNs’ new clinical competences and their collaboration with physicians. It is now providing new recommendations on the transversal activities that can be fulfilled by APNs, such as research, leadership, training and teaching. Abstract

Les premiers infirmiers en pratique avancée (IPA) sont déployés sur le territoire national à la suite de la loi santé de 2016 et des décrets d’applications parus en 2018. Dans ce contexte, la Société francophone de greffe de moelle et de thérapie cellulaire (SFGM-TC) a publié des précédents travaux sur l’attribution de nouvelles compétences cliniques de l’IPA et la répartition des tâches avec les acteurs médicaux. Elle propose maintenant de nouvelles recommandations quant aux missions transverses pouvant être exercées par les IPA, telles que la recherche, le leadership, la formation et l’enseignement.
