Abstract

This review summarized the effects of PDE5 inhibitors on immune cells in the tumor microenvironment (TME). By combining new methods of artificial intelligence (AI), it proposes that AI can explore the drug targets of PDE5 inhibitors on immune cells in the TME and predict pharmacodynamic targets and responses, has significant scientific implications.
