The fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was chosen to establish hierarchy, conduct pairwise comparisons, synthesize priorities, and ensure consistency in site selection. Additionally, the fuzzy Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method was used for its computational efficiency and ability to address uncertainty and ambiguity in evaluating relationships between factors. Analyses showed that Balıkesir province is the best location for a wind power plant. The model's consistent ranking of cities across all variations tested underscores its robustness.
