Abstract

Group Comparison of TBSS Results (Total ALS Patients vs. Controls). TBSS Showed Differences In Neurite Density Index (NDI), Orientation Dispersion Index (ODI), Isotropic Volume Fraction (ISO), and Fractional Anisotropy (FA) Metrics between the Two Groups. The Green Color Indicates the FA Skeleton with a Threshold of 0.2. Blue Color Refers to Regions of Decreased FA, NDI, and ISO in ALS Patients Indicator Differences.
