Given the complexity of caregiver training and caregiver-mediated interventions, and their increasing popularity, a greater understanding of the related evidence is warranted. We identified trends in participant demographics, caregiver training approaches implemented, child challenging behavior addressed, and behavioral intervention approaches employed.
