These results underscore the need for targeted interventions and policies to mitigate AHTO, considering its impact on individuals’ health, well-being, and societal costs. Abstract

Alcohol’s harm to others (AHTO) is a growing concern globally. Yet research in Asia, especially among multi-ethnic populations, remains scarce.
