Collaboration and partnerships between technology companies are crucial for enhancing innovation and new product development. The objective of this study is to identify effective communication management strategies to improve partnership success in the technology industry. This research employs qualitative research methods with data collection conducted through a literature review. The collected data is analyzed in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that there are several effective communication management strategies to improve partnership success in the technology industry, including building open and transparent communication, fostering trust and mutual respect, setting clear goals and objectives, establishing effective communication channels, managing conflict effectively, and regularly reviewing and evaluating partnerships.
