This study uses quantitative data types, where data is collected in a structured manner through measurement instruments such as questionnaires or systematic observations. The data analysis technique in this study uses the help of SPSS software. Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of self-esteem and work engagement on employee performance. This research uses quantitative research with an explanatory research type. The population in this study were 197 employees and leaders of BAPENDA South Sumatra Province. The sampling technique used in this study was the saturated / census sampling method.
