Abstract

The article analyzes the influence of myth on the social contract, and the constitution as the fundamental law of the country. Modern myths arise from various components, including societal perceptions of risk, which are often manipulated by the media to alter the perceived likelihood of certain events. This manipulation contrib-utes to the creation of political myths that can significantly influence the organization of social spheres and serve as the foundation of the social contract. The analysis delves into the impact of myths on legal systems, comparing their influence on continental European and Anglo-Saxon legal systems. It investigates the incorpo-ration of political mythology into normative legal acts and examines the constitutional implications within mod-ern society. By addressing these issues, the article highlights constitutional challenges prevalent in modern societies, particularly concerning the integration of political myths into legal and social contracts.
