Abstract

This article addresses the issue of training and developing multitasking specialists in modern organizations. In the face of talent shortages and high demand for multitasking employees, employers are faced with the need to effectively manage the process of employee training and development. The article describes current trends in employee education, including the use of modern HR tools, the creation of personalized development pro-grams, and the formation of talent pools.
