Abstract

The systematic teaching mode of work process has always been an important topic in the curriculum construction of higher vocational and technical education and training level in non-commissioned officer schools. The teaching mode is guided by the actual post ability (work process) needs of social sergeant, and builds a complete and systematic teaching and learning process to cultivate students' post working ability. Taking the course of equipment repair as an example, this paper applies the systematic teaching mode of work process to the course, and carries on exploration and practice. Its core goal is to train the highly skilled military technical personnel who can solve practical problems and adapt to the need of equipment support for the society.
基于系统工作过程的维修课程教学探索与实践
工作过程系统化教学模式一直是士官院校高等职业技术教育培训阶段课程建设的重要课题。该教学模式以社会士官实际岗位能力(工作过程)需求为导向,构建完整、系统的教与学过程,培养学生的岗位工作能力。本文以装备修理课程为例,将工作过程系统化教学模式应用于该课程,并进行了探索和实践。其核心目标是培养能够解决实际问题、适应社会装备保障需要的高技能军事技术人才。
