Further examination and imaging revealed the etiology to be related to bilateral uveal effusions and choroidal thickening in the setting of recent COVID-19 infection. The patient's glaucoma was managed with bilateral iridotomies and medical therapy, while the precipitating uveal effusions resolved with treatment on oral steroids.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>While uveal effusion syndrome has been associated with COVID-19 vaccination, it has not yet been reported after primary infection. Abstract
