Abstract

The increasing use of artificial intelligence in employment seems inevitable. In addition to numerous benefits, it carries significant risks for employees. The authors of this article attempted to answer the question to what extent Polish labor law is ready for the challenges posed by the use of artificial intelligence in employment and what possible actions should be taken to provide employees with an adequate level of protection against potential threats that may result from the use of artificial intelligence in employment.
