The principal’s feedback communication skills were a 20-item survey questions, in terms of feedback quality, feedback tone, empathy, and openness to dialogue and for public secondary teachers’ job satisfaction was a 20-item survey questions as to work environment, job responsibilities, work-life balance, and professional development. The study found that there was a significant relationship between principal’s feedback communication skills and public secondary school teachers’ job satisfaction. Abstract

The main purpose of the study was to determine the relationship of principal’s feedback communication skills in terms of feedback quality, feedback tone, empathy and openness to dialogue and public secondary teachers’ job satisfaction in terms of work environment, job responsibilities, work-life balance, and professional development.
