A case is presented of a 60-year-old man who had suffered severe and persistent enlargement of his scrotum for multiple years. Abstract
The condition known as scrotal elephantiasis is a debilitating rarity where the scrotum undergoes significant swelling, typically arising from chronic obstructive lymphedema.
