Abstract

For proportional Kuramoto oscillators on spheres, the local exponential synchronization rate for complete phase synchronization was obtained in existing literature. But for the general nonidentical Kuramoto oscillators on spheres, the problem of local exponential synchronization rate has not been solved. In this paper, for commutative Kuramoto oscillators on spheres, the matrix differential equations involving the synchronization errors are constructed, and the local exponential synchronization rate is obtained by calculating the spectrum of the linearized error system limited to an invariant subspace.
