However, online game addiction can be a trigger for divorce. The purpose of this research is to determine the factors that cause divorce due to online game addiction (Study Decision Number. 52/Pdt.G/2023/PN Tjk) and to find out and examine the judge's considerations in resolving divorce cases due to online game addiction based on Study Decision Number . 52/Pdt.G/2023/PN Tjk. The problem approach that will be used in this research is a normative juridical approach and an empirical approach.
