The method used in this study is qualitative research method. The informants contained in this study were coaching students, teachers, and parents of SLB Pembina students. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Abstract

Disability is a condition where a person experiences physical, mental, intellectual and sensory limitations for a long time, so that he will experience interference or obstacles in interacting and carrying out an activity with the community environment. 北干巴鲁市特殊学校(SLB)残疾学生技能发展的社会化
残疾是指一个人在身体、精神、智力和感官方面长期受到限制,从而在与社区环境互动和开展活动时受到干扰或障碍。当然,包括拥有技能在内,残疾儿童要能够发展赋予他们的每一种兴趣或才能,都不是一件容易的事。本研究的目的是分析并找出在北干巴鲁市教练特殊学校中,教练学生如何在所拥有的限制条件下创造或发展技能,因为残疾儿童是有特殊需求的儿童,不同于一般的正常儿童,所以这并不容易,特别是对于教师来说,在认识和发展他们的技能时要敏感或理解。本研究采用的方法是定性研究法。本研究的资料提供者是彭比纳 SLB 学生的教练学生、教师和家长。采用的数据收集技术包括深入访谈、观察和记录。根据研究结果,得出了以下结论:(1)北干巴鲁SLB N Pembina学校残疾儿童技能发展的社会化过程,即每位教师在向每位辅导学生汇报技能发展情况时都会经历几个阶段;(2)北干巴鲁SLB N Pembina学校教师在残疾儿童技能发展的社会化过程中遇到的障碍,包括是否适合与辅导学生沟通以及是否难以管理辅导学生的情绪。
