We illustrate the treatment of different urgent thoracoabdominal aortic pathologies with physician-modified abdominal aortic extensions. Due to its short endograft length, modification and re-sheathing can be performed fast and deployment with a high precision. Furthermore, keeping the tip capture closed, target vessel cannulation is enhanced from a femoral access.
