Abstract

We explore the destruction of the Kondo interaction due to a random magnetic field. Using entanglement measures, the Kondo length and the impurity entropy are analyzed. We identify a critical magnetic field amplitude $h_{c}$ at which the destruction happens. We find that $h_{c}$ scales with the Kondo temperature of the model.
