AccuFFRangio was calculated retrospectively based on the post-procedural angiography obtained immediately after angioplasty. The primary endpoint was major adverse cardiac events (MACE), defined as a composite of all-cause death, vessel-related myocardial infarction, and repeat target vessel revascularization.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>A total of 169 patients were retrospectively analyzed in this study. Post-procedural AccuFFRangio (hazard ratio [HR] per 0.1 increase 0.33, 95% confidence interval [CI] 0.22-0.48, p < 0.001) was an independent predictor for MACE at 2-year follow-up. Abstract

Background: AccuFFRangio is a novel method for fast computation of fractional flow reserve (FFR) based on coronary angiography and computational fluid dynamics.
