Genetic factors might influence susceptibility to the SARS-CoV-2 infection or disease severity. Genome-wide association studies (GWASs) have identified multiple susceptible genes related to COVID-19 phenotypes, providing the scientific basis for the COVID-19 prevention and treatment. Abstract
Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection causes a broad clinical spectrum of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
