Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket tentang leaning loss dan motivasi belajar yang diadaptasi dari beberapa teori yang ada. Teknik analisis data dilakukan menggunakan paired sample T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Ada pengaruh pelatihan keterampilan belajar dalam quantum learning terhadap situasi learning loss siswa dengan perbandingan rata-rata skor posttes 85,09 < 94,09 pretest pada nilai Asyimp Sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05. 3) Ada pengaruh pelatihan keterampilan belajar dalam quantum learning terhadap peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa dengan perbandingan skor rata-rata pada posttes 129,92 > 124,11 pretest pada nilai Asyimp. Sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05.
