For the induction of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency, Tripterygium Glycoside (TG) was administered at a dosage of 50 mg/ml dissolved in water for injection once daily. Clomiphene Citrate, 1 mg/kg was administered orally once daily for 21 days. Ellagic acid was given orally once daily at concentration of 10 mg/kg, 20 mg/kg, 30 mg/kg.
