Balkan’s crossroads of 1914

Abstract

The article is devoted to the situation in the Balkan Peninsula in the spring of 1914, on the eve of World War I. The author pays particular attention to the Balkan inter-state contradictions as well as Russia's stand. The article is based on unpublished archive documents.
