The paper describes the innovative activities of some foreign universities, which can be used to determine the point of growth of the functionality of Kazakhstani universities during the transition to a new model of the fourth generation. Abstract

The purpose of the research to study the peculiarities of the organization of universities of the «University 4.0» model for Kazakhstani universities, based on a systematic approach.Methodology – in this work, the descriptive method, the induction method, the method of comparison and study of international experience are used.Originality / value of the research – the authors identified the development vectors influencing the organization of universities of the "University 4.0" model and conducted a comparative analysis to determine their development.
