A. Overview of IoT Embedded Systems The pervasiveness of Internet of Things (IoT) embedded systems in the digital era has significantly transformed numerous industries, including healthcare. These interconnected devices, capable of collecting, transmitting, and analyzing data, offer immense potential to improve healthcare service efficiency, accessibility, and quality. However, the escalating volume of sensitive health data being generated and exchanged necessitates the implementation of robust security measures. A critical element in this regard is Identity and Access Management (IAM), which governs the control of user identities and their access privileges within a specific system [1].
