Abstract

The study explores the link between financial literacy and well-being among teachers in the Davao region of the Philippines. It reveals that teachers have high levels of financial literacy but need improvement in investment knowledge. The study also found a positive correlation between financial literacy and well-being, suggesting that enhancing these factors can improve work performance and educational outcomes.
