Abstract

The importance of labor education has received widespread attention. This paper obtains research data through in-depth interviews and questionnaires, and through analysis finds that compared with the progress of labor education in primary and secondary schools in Germany, the following problems still exist in western China: The quality of teaching is not high, and there is an imbalance of educational resources in the suburbs and cities. Teachers need to be more adequate, and teaching content and evaluation procedures must be unified; the lack of a labor education field, and the interaction between school, society, and family needs to be improved.
基于数据统计的中国西部中小学劳动教育现状分析与思考
劳动教育的重要性已受到广泛关注。本文通过深入访谈和问卷调查获得研究数据,通过分析发现,与德国中小学劳动教育的进步相比,我国西部地区的劳动教育还存在以下问题:教学质量不高,城郊教育资源不均衡。师资需要更加充足,教学内容和评价程序必须统一;缺乏劳动教育场域,学校、社会、家庭之间的互动有待提高。
