Родники Гардмана (Северный Арцах)

Abstract

В статье представлены легенды и предания исторической провинции Гардман (Северный Арцах), известной своим большим числом водных источников (рек, родников, ключей и т. п.). До армянской депопуляции 1988–1990 гг. в области Гардман были распространены многочисленные верования связанные с водой. The article deals with the historical province of Gardman, which had an outstanding variety of water beliefs and, especially, spring culture and beliefs associated with them. They also show assessments given by the people of Gardman to historical facts, important events and persons. The article is written on the basis of printed and non-printed folklore materials, a large number of which are ethnographic materials collected during our field work.
