After\nevery four weeks,total load was increased.Pre and post test on the groups were conducted to measure the training effect\non Abdominal Adiposity of the subjects. The collected data were statistically analyzed by using the analysis of Covariance (p<0.05) to determine differences, the LSD test was applied as a post hoc test to find out the paired mean\ndifferences.
