Reduced Criminal Liability of Business as a Violation of the Criminal Law Principle of Equality (or Why Corporate Criminals Are Better Than Other Criminals)

Abstract

The article analyzes manifestations of violations of the principle of equality of citizens before the criminal law using the example of preferential criminal liability of entrepreneurs and other representatives of the business community. It is pointed out that this is inadmissible either in legislation or in law enforcement practice.
