Consumers’ intentions toward buying eco-friendly bags are high, suggesting that eco-friendly bags are a more effective option than single-use plastic bags, as confirmed by focus group discussions.\nOriginality/Value: This study employs the ABCD analysis method to analyze consumers’ willingness to purchase eco-friendly bags. Abstract

Purpose: The study aims to examine customers’ purchasing intentions for eco-friendly bags using the ABCD analytical methodology.
