In 2018, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council jointly issued \"Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of Teacher Team Construction in the New Era\" with Zhongfa No. 4. There have been new changes in the development of main policy concepts, emphasizing the transformation of teachers from passive policy implementation roles to the main body responsible for education quality. This article chooses junior high school teacher leadership as the research topic. 区域学校初中教师领导力的影响因素与提升策略--以广东省潮州市为例
