The concerned discoveries represent a strong impetus to expand and even complicate the cycle of rivalry and conflict. \nMethods: The study is based on the theoretical framework of national interest, as to interpret the foreign policy of Eastern Mediterranean states. Moreover, the study employs the case study approach, by which data and information collection is conducted comprehensively for an individual case, or a limited number of cases. Abstract
Objectives: This study aims to examine the implications of the energy resources in the Eastern Mediterranean region. The concerned discoveries represent a strong impetus to expand and even complicate the cycle of rivalry and conflict.
