Recently, the factors of housing satisfaction in apartments have been recognized as important for improving the service of the management entity. This study identifies the factors affecting the housing satisfaction of tenants and determines priorities using the AHP technique to aid the efficient operation of apartment management services, secure competitiveness, and provide differentiated services.
