Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh remunerasi dan iklim kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja driver CV. Kencana Globalindo Mandiri Palembang. CV. Kencana Globalindo Mandiri Palembang, secara parsial remunerasi berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas para tenaga kerja driver CV. Kencana Globalindo Mandiri Palembang. Secara simultan remunerasi dan iklim kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja para driver CV. Kencana Globalindo Mandiri Palembang. Nilai koefesien Determinasi sebesar 81,1% memperlihatkan kontribusi remunerasi dan iklim kerja pada produktivitas kerja driver dan sisanya 18,9%.
