(Abstracted from Ann Intern Med 2023;176:1308–1320) In the United States, more than 2% of all infants are conceived by assisted reproductive technology (ART). Children born from ART have been shown to have up to 50% increased risk for congenital anomalies (CAs) compared with naturally conceived children.
