La facoltà giuridica fiorentina: i legami con la comunità, le professioni, le istituzioni. Un profilo storico-giuridico

Abstract

L’articolo ripercorre, in maniera sintetica, il rapporto tra la facoltà giuridica fiorentina, fondata nel 1924, e il mondo delle istituzioni e delle professioni. Nell’evidenziare la stretta relazione da sempre esistente tra la riflessione teorica sul diritto e le sue differenti manifestazioni pratico-applicative, il contributo si sofferma su alcune personalità di particolare rilievo che hanno studiato e/o insegnato nella facoltà di giurisprudenza. The article briefly analyzes the relationship between the Florentine law faculty, founded in 1924, and the world of institutions and professions. In highlighting the close relationship that has always existed between theoretical reflection on law and its different practical-applicative manifestations, the contribution dwells on some notable personalities who have studied and/or taught in the law faculty.
