According to the obtained data, this period is characterized by a significant increase in academic load, disruption of regular routines, and loss of social connections, which can lead to destabilization of students' psycho- emotional state. The majority of survey participants reported experiencing symptoms of stress, including nervousness, irritability, excessive fatigue, changes in eating habits, etc. which negatively affect their ability to absorb new material. Abstract
