Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between career adaptability, educational performance and educational satisfaction among learners aged 20 and older who have experience in beauty academy in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. This study used 599 self-written questionnaires and conducted frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and regression analysis using the SPSS 22.0 program.
