The study tried to reveal the association between SNP rs11615 in ERCC1 gene and the change from baseline characteristics in a median of 96 weeks follow-up in blood, renal, and hepatic biochemical parameters. Results Univariate analysis of the association between rs11615 and post-chemotherapy changes in uric acid and hemoglobin levels showed a statistically significant relationship. Conclusion These findings hint at possible genetic influences in response to chemotherapy, necessitating further research to understand the mechanisms and potential clinical implications. Abstract
