The results indicate that the N-gain in the experimental class was 0.55, indicating a moderate improvement. The observation sheet of science process skills in the experimental class showed a percentage of 75% with a good cathegory. The Mann-Whitney hypothesis test demonstrated that there was a significant difference in the average increase of science process skills between the experiment and control classes (sig. of 0.001 < 0.05).
