All complications related to suture material (n = 4) and IOL decentration (n = 2) occurred in the sutured SFIOL group.Conclusions: The sutureless Yamane technique offered fewer subsequent surgeries and suture-specific complications while revealing diminished VA improvement in long-term follow-up compared to the sutured SFIOLs. Abstract
