The analysis of the current condensate pumping system is carried out and its main disadvantages are indicated. Retrofitting of the pumping system is proposed. A return line has been added and a pair of centrifugal pumps has been included in the technological scheme, a calculation has been made. Abstract
The article discusses issues related to energy saving of the coolant – high, medium and low pressure water vapor in the condensate pumping system at the gasoline selective hydrotreating plant. The analysis of the current condensate pumping system is carried out and its main disadvantages are indicated. Retrofitting of the pumping system is proposed.
