Independent t-test, Mann-Whitney U test, and Fisher exact test were applied for inferential statistics.\nResults: The majority, 80% of the participants, were female, and almost half, 31 (51.67%) study participants were between 23-26 years. The average score of the participants through jigsaw cooperative learning and lecture method was18.73±3.5 and 14.13±2.42, respectively. Moreover, it was also found to be statistically significant (p-value<0.001).\nConclusion: It is concluded that the jigsaw cooperative learning strategy was found effective as compared to the traditional teaching style.
