Method of processing uploaded reports in the form of a database by automated means

Abstract

The purpose of the research presented in this article is to convert downloadable reports in the form of a database and flat tables into a consolidated report according to a given form. The implementation of the assigned tasks was carried out using information modeling technology, in particular, the general data environment, the BIM module of the domestic platform for managing construction projects EXON and MS Excel tools. To generate the final report, the original database was transformed in two stages: obtaining initial data and primary processing, followed by obtaining an intermediate form of the database, then executing search queries and then generating a consolidated report. As a result of the research, an algorithm for implementing the task was formed, principles for searching values by key string were formulated, the database was converted and the final form of the report was generated.
